City Plots?

I was just wondering i any good tournament decks were running the city plots as their plot setup. I found that they can be very useful but just wanted to know if they are capable to run up against a normal plot deck. thanks for any help

The City plots are totally viable. The 2010 Joust World Champion ran them (decklist available on the Support section of this site). They might have fallen a bit into disuse recently, but they're still strong. And since At The Gates, you can even run the City plots out of non-Shadow builds.

I see City of Lies and At the Gates quite a bit. The others not so much, although with those two in your pile, you're heading towards a reasonable base for using the others.

I see them the most out of Lanni or in Shadows decks. They're obviously something you need to build around, other than At the Gates or City of Lies you can't really throw just one into your plot deck. Given their synergy, they also work well if you have ways to go through plots quickly.
