I would probably put Chef with the BBQ squad and Priest with the Hell Boys. 4 flamethrowers is overkill to the point of being wasteful with Chef in the Hell Boys. I'd much rather get the extra mobility with the Priests agile.

Actually, I would rather just clone the Priest and put him in both squads for his level of cost and utility.
