Can you use "See Who is Stronger - Any Phase: Kneel 3 influence to choose 1 Knight or 1 Army character in your discard or dead pile. Put that character into play." to put a Knight or Army into play from you dead or dicard pile if it has thje Shadows crest? (Basicly bypassing shadows)

Could you also use "At the Gates - When revealed, if you have no City plot cards in your used pile, search your deck for a neutral or in-House Maester character of printed cost 3 or lower, and put it into play. Then, shuffle your deck." to put Qyburn (from Secrets and Spies). Because his "printed cost" is 1 and if I understand right "put in to play" can bypass penalties and other mechanics.
