If I brought Shadow Politics out of shadows during the epic phase created by The Battle of the Blackwater and won the both intrigue challenges, would that allow me to trigger the passive response of the event card both times to allow me to place 2 in-House characters or locations into play from my hand? I ask because the epic batle event card specifices a single challenge for each player, making me wonder if that specifically disallows additional challenges.

If so, imagine Cersei with Spidercraft attached to her...that WOULD be epic!!

In the Epic phase, all player action opportunities take place during the "Epic" challenges.
