Introduction:

Playing a friendly joust game with a buddy.

I had won every challenge and my opponent was now knelt out. Prior to the end of the phase i triggered Den of the Wolf to repeat the challenge phase at the end of the phase.

During the end of the phase framework action i also claimed 6 power for the 6 tully characters i had on the board. I declared no additional challenges and neither did my opponent. I claimed 6 additional power.

I am asking because I believe that based on the FAQ I am not 100% sure how to determine the interaction. Riverrun (LoW) and Den of the wolf (ACoS) share the a common timing trigger.

Riverrun reads:

" At the end of the challenge phase , if you have not lost a challenge this round, each House Tully character you control claims 1 power."

Den of the Wolf reads:

"Characters lose all immunities. Any Phase: If it is not the marshalling phase, kneel 3 influence and discard Den of the Wolf from play (cannot be saved) to repeat the current phase at the end of the phase . (Limit once per game)"

I believe they both trigger since the Den of the wolf does not stop the end of phase passives.

(2.6) End of the Phase

Each end-of-the-phase Framework Action Window should be played without step two (Save/Cancel) and without step five (Responses). No triggered effects can be played after the initiation of the end of the phase.

“Until the end of the phase” lasting effects expire in step 3 of the “End of Phase” framework action window.
“At the end of the phase” passive effects initiate in step 4 of the “End of Phase” framework action window.

The second phase created by Den of the Wolf happens after the phase in which it was triggered. There are two complete phases. So Riverrun initiates at the end of each of those two phases. The only way for Riverrun to just happen once would be for the second phase created by Den of the Wolf to happen entirely within the end-of-phase framework window for the first challenge - and that would be a needless layer of complexity to add!
