me of Thrones LCG Spring League: Rochester, NY

By Millennium Games, in 3. AGoT Organized Play

Millennium Games presents…..

A Game of Thrones LCG
Spring Faction League

When: March 15th through May 31st (Sign-ups will be taken until the end of March!)

Cost: $15.00

Construction: Each player will choose one faction to play for the league. Your deck must remain of that faction in every league game, although the individual cards may change as often as you like. Alliance cards will be allowed if desired. Players must follow standard deck construction rules, including the most current banned/restricted list.

Games: Each player must play every other player once using standard Joust rules. In addition, each player will play a number of 3 or 4 player melee games based on the number of participants in the league, using the standard Melee rules. Melee games may be played with any players, as long as they are 3 or 4 player games.

Finals: The top player from each house (6. Sorry, no Neutral houses!) will play in one of two 3 man melee games. The winner of each of those games will play in a final best of 3 Joust to determine the League Champion! This may also have a bearing on future leagues!

Scoring: Joust victory: 2 points
Melee victory: 3 points for 3 players, 4 points for 4 players

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded, based on the number of players, to the top finisher for each house (in finish order). A runner-up prize will be awarded to the top 2 finishers not to make the finals.
In addition, all Game of Thrones LCG products will be 15% off for all league players!

Monday will be the “official” league night, but games may be played at any convenient time! A league sheet will be posted at the store to record results. Contact information for each player will available on the sign-up sheet if players need to contact each other/ post results/ set up games.

Sign up at the front counter!

Any questions can be emailed to Jim at [email protected].

The purpose of the league is to grow the game at our store and give people an excuse to play in a semi-competitive environment that encourages creative deck building and player interaction. Any questions? Don't hesitate to ask!
