If this question has been already answered, please point me in the right direction... Thanks! (I posted this question in the wrong forum - duh!)

The "general CSM template" has a bolt pistol included as gear, & some of the CSM Archetypes have this same bolt pistol included in their own Archetypes, in their gear - I was wondering if this was a mistake or do these Archetypes get 2 bolt pistols?

As mentioned in what I think was your original thread: they get both. They start with two. It stacks.
