Will Zverograd have tactic scenerios in it? Or is it a warfare only expansion?

There's 2 Zverograd expansions. The one for Tactics has campaign book with scenarios, building, and Koshka and Gramma. Then there will be the Warfare one which sounds like will be more Russian all encompassing with fluff, units, etc and probably some Warfare specific scenarios
