1)can I use soul shatter in the eyrie against the eagle king?

2)can I use soul shatter against other creatures that are on the board such as the the pit fiends?

3)can I use soul shatter on the eagle king alternate ending boss?or any other alternate ending boss?

one last post unconnected to the post:

if on an alchemist turn the alchemist attacks another character and loses the fight, at the time the opponent chooses to take an object from the alchemist can the alchemist make a potion (of replenish fate or what not) and give it to the opponent? if so when can the opponent use the potion?

is there any way another character can gain a potion made from the alchemist?

No. The Alchemist must alchemise things before the attack rolls are made. This is a given rule for the game. It's not in the rulebook though. If you want clarification just email John Goodenough!

If the Alchemist alchemises an Object into gold before an attack, the victor could take that gold!!!
