if the forums are blocked in work try using a proxy server unblocker like this http://www.completetribe.com/ just put the url of the website u want to access in the url bar on the page instead of the normal one at the top of the page it will access the website through the site's server itself rather than your work servers so they only see the proxy sites url not the site u r accessing this is commonly used by school and college students to gain access to facebook or myspace whilst in school or college but the effects are the same and if they block that proxy seriously just google proxy server or just facebook and proxy and you will see literally hundreds to pick from if your employer catches you you may get fired but its the risk you take and i accept no responsibility if you get fired for getting caught using these but so long as you have sense not to go looking for cosplay porn of mai and chunli whilst using them you should be ok-ish lol
