What kind of swag do you provide your Ork players? They don't traditionally use human equipment and most of their tools can just be cobbled together by the players themselves.

Also note that Ork Freebooterz do have access to training in numerous normal weapon types, in addition to their natural ability to use Ork weaponry.

Simply put, any of the following are valuable to an Ork - teef (Ork teeth, which serve as a currency amongst Orks), anything shiny, things that explode, guns that make a loud noise, melee weapons that are really messy in application, vehicles (particularly for Orks who like driving anyway), food, booze, and opportunities to fight things. Beyond that, an Ork may claim anything that he has to fight for (because if someone was willing to fight for it, it must be worth something), or (particularly if he's a Deff Skull) anything he finds whatsoever (no matter who it might belong to - they're thieving gits who'll steal anything if they think they can get away with it through lying or bullying).

Orks aren't picky when it comes to loot.

True, orks are never picky, think like an ork to get an idea of what something might be used for, and remember orks have really simple minds, depending on what type of ork he is. So just have at it.
