I have been looking for this famous TOI map editor 4ever and I cannot find it anywhere!!!....the website doesnt have it, bbg doesnt have it all....does someone here have it ?...could you be so kind to send me a copy of it??? please....i really want to make some scenarios and i have heard this is a good tool to use! So I am begging, if someone has it, please share it with me! thanks guys...have a nice day!

These are some more TOI Scenarios that used to be on this forum, but I found this link to it by accident on another site. Not sure how to access it from this TOI forum.
The Scenario Editor link from the above link does not seem to work, but the scenarios in the list do download with map setup and description.
There is a fan created one…but i find the excel version not working, so I used the word version, where you have to physically type over the sample…
