have you ever defeat daoloth?

in my last last game we were always lost in time and space...

Nope, but I've only played him twice, and one time he never had a monster surge, so it's not like his ability did anything.

The stats report says players have won against him 2 out of 3 times.

I've played 9 Daoloth games so far. 9 victories, 0 losses. The trick is: gear up for OWs. Try to be quick, tr to avoid OWs that thend to delay you (Yuggoth, The Abyss), hurry up before you have too many high frequency gates open and clearly, use at least one expansion board to lower the chance of a monster surge to happen. Generally speaking, in a game with one expansion board (not Kingsport), I tend to have 2 or 3 monster surges in a whole game, so, it's not that impossible

If you happen to get a gate box, he becomes much easier.

...but (and it's a secret... if my friend knows this, they'll kill me!!!) I prefer the "evil board" on a luky game!
