Few questions

I would like to ask few questions:

1.) If my character has bodyguard attachment on himself, and Stark player puts in the game the plot card that kills all characters in game. Will my character also get killed or just Bodyguard card?

2.) If my character has power on himself, and opponent puts card that returns him to my hands. What will happen with my power on that character?
