His E ability states your opponent reveals his hand, choose 1 non attack card. that card can not be played this turn. Does that include all copies of the card chosen in his hand? what if he discards it and then retrieves it with something like gorgeous team or some the lizard man support?

then it is no longer the "chosen" card.

He can play other copies. If he removes it from his hand, then regrabs it, it is a "different" card.
