I know, there are have been topics about how to get missing components of FA, but my problem is a little bit different. I have sent a letter to support containing required info (name + mailing address) + my opinion about how awesome this game is (and let's face the facts - it really is). 3 days passed and no answer. Maybe i should just send the required info only ? (in case if mail sent to support address gets blocked when there something extra, not just name + address(spam protection e.t.c.)).

P.S. Sorry for my bad english =P It is't my native language.

I'd say, just wait for some time. It should be answered. For some of my emails, I waited a long time to get a reply ...
