I have a pc that wants me to start killing one or more pc's ever secession, becouse if that dose not happon then he says that is not a deathwatch game. He also says that when a kill team has team mates die on ever mission, that is what the internet says. So what am I to do?

Um, what? Don't listen to him and run your game the way you and the rest of the players want? It's up to the individual GM (and if the GM wants to keep the group around, players) to decide if you want to run a high mortality game.
Your friend is wrong. You can build your characters its a rpg.
and i know about crappy players, You tell em your Gm and that he should try reading the books to understand Dw. if they refuse to learn about the game and keep being a hassle tell em they cant play with you as GM cause they are a ass hat.
and no one likes a ass hate
As a GM, I try to put the PCs in pretty dangerous, lethal situations. If they survive, good on them. Mine have done so so far through a combintion of smart thinking, good tactics, and luck.
Your player is an ass. If he's so set on PC death, focus fire on him, especially if he plays stupid. Yes, 40k is a lethal setting and the game has lethal rules and in my old DH game, we left a member of our acolyte cell dead on every planet. It happens and can happen a lot especially when PCs run out of Fate to burn, but not just for its own sake.

This. Definitely this. Any player that wants other player's characters to die is a total d-bag. If your DW game has a character dying in every session, then there is something seriously wrong with your game. I've heard of Dark Heresy campaigns going that way, but the Acolytes in DH are supposed to be total bush-league scrubs. You kinda expect them to die. This is Deathwatch, and a DW Kill-Team is composed of some of the most lethal killing machines in the galaxy. No way should they be going down that often.

He's an idiot.
See? The Internet just told you that he is an idiot an you are free to inform him that the Internet said this.
Seriously I would try to talk with him but if nothing else goes, let him fire on his comrade and see his character get killed every session as the rest of the Kill-Team turn on the traitor in their ranks.
Obviously the Ruinous Powers have a grip on his mortal soul to even suggest a high mortality rate should be the norm for Deathwatch campaigns.
As the saying goes, "Death to the Heretics!"
In all seriousness, though, the PC should pipe down a bit or maybe be excluded from games. I'm not fond of high mortality rate campaigns and especially not in a campaign where there is serious investment into the characters. For crying out loud, my first session was just character creation and that took 4 hours!

If a group is happy with a high PC mortality rate as standard, then fair enough. But in in most games, playing elite members of elite warrior groups doesn't mean "regular death". Deathwatch combat is dangerous but frankly I would not play under a GM who makes a point of killing off interesting characters "to make quota".
I think the old Paranoia game was recently released in a new edition- I think that may be more to your players' liking...
A up data to let every one know I had to kick the bad player character out of the game and all the other players are very happy now.
Congratulations. It's a hard thing to do, but at times it has to be done.
Grats on that. Good luck to you and your group!

Sounds like classified information to my ear, citizen.

Sorry to hear it had to come to this but if there is no other way open, you have to take the one way that there is.

Does this mean that I have to report for execution? Sigh ... maybe my next clone will last longer...
I have to admit in my 30+ years of rpg gaming I have never played Paranoia. Considering my current mental state, that should be one I look into.
I LOVE the red shoes....but, please, Malice, for the love of the Computer, forget all about Paranoia...
That sounds like commie talk!

You just inform that player in a pleasant tone of voice and a smile that the "internet" is not running this campaign. You are. And as such you will choose to run it how you see fit. And if he continues to protest, don't argue. Just say, "I'm sorry you feel that way".
Some people just need to voice their opinion. Just that. You let them get it off their chests, nod to them to let them know you heard them, and then go about your buisness as usual.
You are the narrator of this story. Its not a board game where the rules are hard and fast. You can do whatever you want however you want whenever you want. Playing in YOUR game is an entirely volunteer act. But you don't want to be completely hard line. Sometimes you will mess up and sometimes players will have great suggestions. Listen to them. Don't let them make your decisions for you as I've seen other GM's allow their "rules lawyers" often run their game for them and supplement their knowledge for their own laziness in being better prepared. But at the same time they have to know that you make the final decisions.
The goals of these games is to have fun and not follow some internet dogma. If you want to say space ships are powered by feeding lucky charms to little purple ponies who run on a treadmill in a room and that an alien race is destroyed by doing correct Micheal Jackson dance moves then guess what? That is how it is and rule book be damned.
I would do one of two things.
One option is to ask him to leave the group. The other is to kill his character and if he doesnt like it tell him thats what he wanted to happen.
Man, I thought I ws the only one still playing Paranoia. Good to know it is so well loved because it is one of my favourite games. The anniverary edition is just as poorly laid out as the earlier editions (I actually think it is intentional to get into the feel of the game) but the new one roll mechanic and simulataneous initiative is awesome.
For the gm with the player who wants more pc deaths. I once gm'd Cyberpunk 2020 and allowed them to take as much cybernetics as they wanted so long as their hunanity stayed above zero. "Yes it will be combat heavy" I told them. I wasted many of them, and one poor guy three weeks in a row. It was a hoot, but making new characters becaume tiring. Kill his character three weeks in a row, and he'll get the point.
There is no such thing as Paranoia....and i would listen to the tyranic war veteran - he sounds like he's been through this sorta thing....be polite, be patient, eventually he'll come around or quit. (hopefully come around)
