I would like to ask you something... and sorry for my english

1) when I return from the other world with the exploration token, can I decide to make an encounter in that location instead of try to close the gate? (I can close it in the next turn because i don't lose my exploration token). if this is possible... what happned if the encounter said: "a gate and a monster appear!"?

2 ) what happned when i fail the evade check against the Night-gounts?

3) what happned when, during an encounter, "a monster appear" and he's elusive?

4) I can't pay my bank loan this turn, so I give all my propriety to the bank... can I take another bank loan?
