As of Jan. 28th 2012 FFG has not announced plans to sell these units separately. Your best bet would be a trade or eBay, what are you looking for?
Thanks for the information.
Right now I'm just curious. But I really like the look of the light walkers in the box and the Heavy Laser Grenadiers.
I regularly look at eBay etc. but in Germany mainly the single boxes are sold. And if I buy single units from the revised box from overseas, the shipping is so high, that I just could buy the complete box.
My 2 cents on the subject:
The Gunner box has an extra model to make the Bot Hunters, right?
My guess is that FFG is waiting till the stock is gone of the current unit boxes and then they will re-design the unit boxes as follows:
Recon Boys Box will get a bazooka as an extra fighter;
BBQ squad will get an extra flamer as an extra fighter;
Gunners Box will remain the same;
Light walkers box will get an extra cockpit;
Obviously the price of each box will go up slightly.
And the same thing for the Axis.
This could well happen during the release of the SSU sets to give players of other factions something to buy.
I would "hope" once Warfare is available that FFG address how they package/market upcoming releases so players are not expected to fork out coin for supplements/tiles etc that they don't need. Having Core sets is great if you collect both factions and intend to use the figures for either system but I know of many potential fans that find this equally unappealing. When you consider how much they charge retail here its no wonder the LGS has a shelf load of product that never moves.
There's an ebay trader in the US who splits the Revised Core set, unfortunately the Heavy Laser Grenadiers sell pretty quickly (bought 4 lots) but he usually restocks every week or so.
My thoughts exactly. For Warfare we will need access to all of the minis in the range. Save for the Heroes in the scenarios boxes.
I too would like to be able to purchase the Axis/Allied light walkers seperate from the revised core as well as another Heavy Laser squad.... but by the time you add those 3 units up as seperate boxes the cost would almost be the typical sale price of the Revised Core set (online anyway) and I might as well have some more tank traps / crates and 6 more dice to throw around.
*RANT* As far as I'm concerned, until air is released I have no interest in the other standalone light walkers, their A-A variants are interresting. HOWEVER The Hermann is probably the most disappointing walker. I mean sure it has unlimited range but with ONE dice to do a single infantry damage or 3 to another walker (sure you get to roll again IF you hit since its a laser) its just miserable. With the way the cockpit is designed on it that part with the light should be a .30 cal or hell give the thing Bezerk.

Hate to break it to you sir, but Herman is range 6. And the Allied Honey isn't exactly a powerhouse. Save for ignoring covers, most of the time you'll be relieved to deal 1 damage.
However with the heavy walkers herman is probably the best light walker to bring, being able to damage even the heaviest of walkers is a good thing, sure hanz does 1/6, but at range 3.
I do hope they will release individual units though, and release a different med and light walker body.
Hah, you are right sir, shame its only 6.
I don't have either of the stand alone light walkers due to their abysmal stats but like I posted maybe the advent of air units will change that...... Our games usually hit between 160-300 points but I imagine in a huge game Hermann could shine. As for Phaser weapons I just can't jump on that bandwagon, just requires far too much luck. I usually am left facing down alot of Allied Jump+Move 2 squads that bust these light walkers in half from a huge distance so that might explain my take on them.
Now a Medium Walker chassis with twin lasers and the typical machinegun would be alright.
To keep somewhat on topic, the next time I see another revised core I'm going to grab it, it is a good enough value.
I don't understand why people are so quick to dismiss the standalone light walkers. They are very good for their price, and play a key role in most of my games. Sure, Hermann and Honey are a bit tricky to use, but my fellow axis player has learned to deeply dread the sound of the Honey's phasers warming up. The Heinrich and the Wildfire are almost indispensable. They can do murder to infantry, and remember that it's no use to have a mob of troopers, all blocking LOS from each other. With a light walker at the back, you can be sure you'll have a clear shot.
The wildfire is a staple in my lists, that thing is zombie killer extreme.
