Can someone explain me when is in the game winter and when is summer, bcs i many card write u can play this game only on winter/summer so I don't know when can I play that game. And other question is what is give u card of walder Frey. I buy new card so i don't know how do use some of them.

There are five cards (soon to be six) that make it either Summer or Winter. In the absence of those cards, it is no season whatsoever.

The basic Season changing cards are the Black Raven and the White Raven. These attach to your House card, and are immune to non-Raven cards, meaning that there are only a few ways to get rid of a Raven. These cards can be found in the A Song of Summer and The Winds of Winter chapter packs.

In the absence of either Ravens, the other means of making it seasons work. Found in the deluxe expansions for Stark, Targaryen, and Baratheon, these three attachments are all Crowns: the Crown of Winter, the Crown of Meereen, and the Crown of Azor Ahai. One thing to note is that, unlike the Ravens, these are not mutually exclusive. If the Crown of Winter and the Crown of Meereen are out at the same time, it is both Summer and Winter at the same time. Strange but true!

As soon as some defenders are declared in any challenge (meaning a challenge made by anyone against anyone, Walder Frey's controller must kneel him (his text is a passive, so it's mandatory) and Walder ends up participating in the challenge on the side that had the most STR. If no defenders are declared, his text doesn't apply.

Note that when the time comes to resolve Deadly (which is in step 4 of the Framework event of challenge resolution), Walder counts for his controller (because Deadly is counted by controller rather than side). Also note that the defender can choose any defending character to die for Deadly (not just one he controls).
