Cards to force your opponent to add to their momentum.

I'm looking to make my mill deck a legacy one that centers around the card Undercover as it's kill, as it removes them from the game, not just discarded. I was wondering how many cards there actually are that force your opponent to do this for you, I can only think of KOF 2006 and N-Type human. Any that anyone can think of to help me?

exhaust the opposition, N-Type Human, Realization + Sword that Protects(to keep their attacks out of their hand if possible, or if you do throw any attacks to get rid of their blocks).

Thanks for the suggestions, all will probably go in save for realizations (No sybols with my character) and sword that protects (It's before they add to momentum, and once i have my undercovers out they dont add to momentum on their.)

Hopefully this will work and I won't have to multisymbol to get to it, but I'll try it out.

the sword that protects only changes which card goes to momentum - it's an amazing defensive card.

this past summer, i ran an ibuki4 deck that would, for example:

anti k' their first card (R with ibuki before the check, R with tstp before they gain momentum) and that would allow me to snipe attacks or things like absurd strength before they can even be played. the less damage you take, the longer you live to rfg their deck.

you really don't need to multi-resource, everything you need can be found in chaos, but it's HIGHLY recommended to run rejection.
if you do go with ibuki, then run chaos/evil and you'll have access to the gorgeous team among other great tech.

Filling their momentum is a good strategy, as it you're getting cards out of their deck both ways: into RFG, and into momentum. Just finish them before they can spend that momentum on powerful attacks. (:

MIA and sword dont work with undercover. YOU are adding the momentum to there pile, not them. Nagase 4 works with this though.

Fio is also good for this :D

And one of Fio's attacks, Terrestrial Heavy Machine Gun, adds a card from your opponent's hand to their momentum if it deals damage.
