Does Stacking the Deck (Into the Storm, p. 192) work on smaller spacecrafts like Aquila Landers or Gun-cutters?
The Navigator on my game has just purchased Pilot (Spacecraft) and has this power, so I tough maybe she could use it while piloting smaller starships too.
I wouldn't allow the use of the Adept or Expert levels, since they're incompatible with how smaller ships operate, and I'd only let them use the power if they were piloting the vessel themselves.

Yes, I was mainly talking about the Novice version which is a very good buff for Maneuvrability (specially with a Cortex Implant).
