Greyjoy Milling is one of my favourite deck types, but it's a ***** to get it working properly. Essentially, you need to devote the entire deck to the milling or it simply won't get off the ground. It's not a win strategy in and of itself but if you can deplete your opponent's entire deck in two or three rounds then it becomes, in essence, another form of choke. Enforcers and Island Smuggler don't contribute to your Mill, so consider taking them out. Another Baelor Blacktyde wouldn't hurt, he's cheaper than Enforcers and being able to turn a good portion of your opponent's deck into dead draws is always nice.

Some things to consider: Desperate Looters is your best friend. These guys do it all, they are claim soak, because you can freely kill them in play if you opponent hits you with military, and they contribute to your mill when you do it as well. With a couple of Crewmen and Euron in play on top of that, you're essentially daring your opponent to risk milling their entire deck by attacking you. You might even consider running First Snow of Winter as a plot to recall the Looters to hand and get some great mill recursion going on. First Snow can also, under the right circumstances, work with Rule by Decree to massively punish your opponent's hand.

The one thing you will seriously lack is cost effectiveness. Mill is an expensive strategy with very few opportunities to win challenges. You can either offset this with more cost effective characters like Boatswain (synergises well with your Kings Law) or consider replacing some of your boats with Naval Escorts to pump up the strength of your raiders. I realise that contravenes what I said earlier regarding devoting the entire deck to mill but still, you need to have some defensive capacity or your opponent will storm to 15 power before you can really engage your mill tech.

I'd take three copies of We Take Westeros over Ours for the Taking. We Take can result in an absolutely massive mill if you time it right.

Regarding plots, I wouldn't take Siege of Riverrun. Intrigue is going to be one of the few challenges you will break through on; anyone but Lannisters will likely have to think twice about defending an Intrigue challenge initiated with your Bloodthirsty Crew. I'd go for your Fury plot instead, because that 5 gold is nice if you really need to get Euron on the table.

Ive been running a mill deck for the last few weeks and my initial deck looked a lot like yours but has changed a lot with experience so hopefully this will help.

Starting from the top:
There are much stronger plots you could be using for this deck. First of all your strongest and most reliable source of mill will probably end up being bloodthirsty crew + training vessel therefore you should loose the Siege of Riverrun, I had it in my deck at first too and I Always ended up wishing it was something else. Lineage and Legacy Could help, but youre a Greyjoy! You should have strong military control regardless of your deck type. If youre looking for military protection Id say Loyalty Money can Buy would be a Much better choice.

I agree with Circadia that you need to go all out in a mill deck or it wont reach its potential. I recomend moving out some of the smuglers, oarsmen and/ or mongrels (not all of them since you need Some extra raiders) I would also advise against runing Drowned Disciple + Aeron, I know on paper they look like excellent mill but the cost to effectivness ratio of their combo ends up being not worth it most of the time. Desperate Looters would fill their mill slots well and Aeron would be perfect to replace with 3 copies of The Knight. Also, Commander of the Iron Fleet works great on The Knight.

Wex isnt in the vein of Mill either, neither are the Enforcers. I know its really hard not to fall into the unoposed nieche with the Greyjoys but if youre running mill try to Make yourself focus on mill. Id say a 2nd Wendamyr would do wonders for keeping your Euron and Crew alive.
The last thing with characters is this: The new Alanys, Asha and Theon all work Great in Mill decks, Especially Theon as he is the Ultimate mill-claim soak. If youre not running at least one you either dont have him or didnt read him.

Lastly, and I know this imediately goes against what Circadia and I said about focusing on Mill only but I think Support of Harlaw might serve you better than Support of Saltcliffe as it can help push Bloodthirsty Crew and The Knight in for their unoposed mill. I found Ours for the Taking also does Amazing things when combo'd with your Warships and can also be used on your reducers if youre having money problems on a given turn. As a side note, I would also consider runing one to two Scouting Vessels to support The Knight and Crew and capitalize on your Rise of the Kraken plot.
Next month when Trial By Combat hits the shelves Corpse Lake will be an auto include for every mill deck, keep that in mind when building yours. Its the first card to really give you power from mill and is only 1 gold (unique.

Man, I love greyjoys =P
