Is it too late to get a warped game board replaced? I emailed customer service last week regarding a warped board from a copy of the game I bought for a Christmas gift, but no one from the customer service department ever got back to me or answered my email. I saw from looking on the forums that some people have had success getting a replacement board. Is it too late for this? Could this be why customer service never got back to me?
Warped Game Board
I'm wondering this as well. Sent an email a week ago with name, address and all, but I've heard nothing back.
I just received the game for christmas too and finally got my friends together to play and my board is warped too. Has anyone heard anything about getting a replacement?
Check my post in the 'Warped playing board' thread for the information i received about this.
It's not too late, the customer service has been undergoing a structural change (or so I read in my reply email ) so be patient and they'll contact you
