Why are you against the Soapbox? We have always had it. Every message board I have ever visited has had an Off-Topic board of this type. If you don't like the board, you can always choose not to visit it.

While its true I don't exactly like an off topic forum, if you've browsed OTHER forums for games, or say, perhaps, other forums for games for this same company, you'll notice they don't exaclty have off topic subforums for each of their other games... not even some of the popular ones...
