Ok so my friend and me just finished the scenarios...so thought we would go back to regular playing!
We started off with the AO that have never beaten us before, Shudde-M’ell, Glaaki, Eihort, Yibb-Stll...(herald/ guardians) guess what we lost to everyone!
Where using BGoTW and DW...not sure if that’s a hard combinations or something?
Seem we can do nothing right and everything goes wrong...vs. Shuddle-M’ell we sealed 9 gates and 5 gate burst...Jenny was stuck in the wood for 5 turns the other day! Arg!
! In base-AH, once you seal a location (Elder Sign, 5 Clues or by some other means), you never have to worry about that location opening a gate ever again. With gate bursts, say you've sealed Witch House, if you draw gate burst Mythos card with WH as the location, the seal breaks (get removed) and a gate opens there. No doom token is added though. Gate bursts remove the safety net regarding seals. Also, base-AH gets boring after you sealed the 4 major spots, most of the Mythos cards would just do nothing regarding the doom track/helping the GOO wake.
. I just do not see how I can beat him in combat.
