So Paolo Parente is going to be at the FFG event center on Jan. 24th, anybody else miss this news item? Also new Dust Tactics items are to be announced and displayed! Wish I could go.

Soviets will change how I play the game. We will be able to have three way battles, new players who have been waiting for the Soviets and a new strategy to take them on. I play with a large group that will only expand with this new release. I am excited about the new ways to play dust.
Good for you, i am the only one who collects dust in my group and i prolly won't be getting those guys any time soon, money problems:D Are we sure they will allow 3 way battles?

is there any idea when the axis and allies will get their aircraft as I think just soviet aircraft will un balance the game too much

Thats rather premature thinking as we don't know the stats, pts value or rules for them and it doesn't look like the copter has much in the way of weapons.
Yeah I don't think it will unbalance anything. There's already a decent amount of AA fire in the factions and its a troop transport with machine guns, not too horrible at first glance.
i just feel giving the russians something the other faction dont have is unfair and I'm not complaining as I prolbaly will be a stalwart russian fan soon as they come out
It's more unfair that the Russians do not have Heavy Walkers or Armor 3 troops.. I doubt an air unit will have too much effect.

There is a Russian heavy in the works. I am sure it will be available for game play after the current scheduled releases are out.
All i know is i had better crank up my painting and get more stuff done soon!!!!
