I recieved my axis heavy walker on christmas but it didn't come with a left arm for the anti-aircraft varient. My question is how long does it take to get parts that are missing? They are going to send it and I am in the que, but how long must i wait?

Till it gets there, I got a broken Heinrich arm and I called about a week before X-mas. All they said was there a bit backlogged and it could take a while so My guess is a month tops.

Im sure its just the holiday backlog. They have been very good in the past with my missing items or broken items. Give it a little time im sure they will get you covered.

I had a missing pilot figure. I got my confimation abot the replacement before Christmas and it arrived 2 weeks later. Over the holydays from the US to Germany, I think this was rather fast.
