Hi,

I have a question about the new lizardmen Hero Chakax :

Savage 2

Action : When you play a unit with Savage from your hand, deal 1 damage to that unit.

Simple question : can I trigger his action when I play Chakax from my hand ? I guess not, because it doesn't say "when this unit enters play", but I want to be sure.

You are correct, Chakax can't use his action on himself. The forum (still) won't let me copy/paste, but check the additions to Section 4 of the FAQ, there's a clarification on the difference between "When you play" and "When something enters play" effects. Only cards with the latter can target themselves.
