Been looking everywhere i can think of and i cant find an up to date list of which characters have now rotated, anyone know who's left? mainly questioning the ryu/akuma battle pack characters as i'm looking at running 1 check akuma for the void patch. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think 1CC Akuma is legal up until the main rotation...

I did some reading in the old forums, and most evidence points that your Akuma will not rotate until March 2009.

In March, when the new set comes out, only the characters with the 4 point shuriken (and the new watermark) on them will be legal.

Right now all the set 1-3 characters have cycled then in march all characters without a 4 point will rotate as well .

Character cards from the following sets are leagal right now:

2006 Champion Cards (2006)
Street Fighter: Dark Path (SF04)
Soulcalibur III: Soul Arena (SC03)
Street Fighter: Extreme Rivals (SF05)
Soulcalibur III: Blades of Fury (SC04)
SNK: Fortune & Glory (SNK02)
Soulcalibur III: Higher Calibur (SC05)
Ryu/Akuma Street Fighter Battlepack (SFBP)
Universal Fighting System: Promo Group 3 (UFS3P)

Plus any characters with the 3 point or 4 point shuriken. After March only characters with a 4 point shuriken are legal.
