Doc, what you are looking for is in chapter VIII from the WFRP 2nd ed Old Wolrd Armory supplement. You will find prices of land, houses states etc.

You will have to adapts the prices to the 3rd ed, in that sense the suggestion of Emirikol found in his house rules is exellent.

You will also find prices of different houses in chapter VII of the Core rule book of the WFRP 1sr ed, additionally, in the same book in the Appendix 1, you will descriptions, drawings and maps for several different houses.
