Missing Cards / Customer Support

So I ordered Mansions of Madness last week from Amazon.com. Got my factory sealed package on Friday and was looking forward to playing a game on Saturday. When I started to setup the game I noticed I have two copies of the 126 Bridge Sized Cards and no deck of the 224 small cards. I've left a voice message at customer service and sent emails to both the customer service and parts addresses. After reading about the great customer support over on BGG, I have yet to get a response of any kind (even a Hey we got your message email would be nice! ) . Just wondering if anyone else has found cards or parts missing in this or other games and what the average response time is to get a replacement ?

Update -- less than an hour from my phone message --

Just received a phone call from Jeremy at Fantasy Flight Games. He was surprised I didn't receive an auto response from my email request. He did say that the Customer Service Dept is moving from one building to another this week and so if things weren't already packed up that he'd drop the replacement in the mail today otherwise it may be closer to the end of the week as they unpack in the new space.
