Great customer service

Hi all,

I am new to the world of Dust Tactics, but I wanted to pass on my happy experience with dustgame.com. I recently ordered the premium edition of the revised starter set, as well as a Pounder and a Luther. They all arrived fine, but the hatch on the Pounder was sealed shut (it is the newer version with the commander sitting in the hatch) and the Luthor had the wrong game card.

I emailed Dust (via their website form) and got an answer back the next day. They said that I should try and get the hatch open, but that if I broke it when trying, they would happily send me a replacement turret. Also, they said they would send the correct card out that day. Long story short, I got the hatch open easily, and the card showed up promptly after that - but I just wanted to post how happy I was with the friendly and efficient customer service.

As for the models themselves - wow. The premium editions look amazing. For someone who only wants to use painted models, but doesn't have the time (or, lets be honest, skill) to paint them myself, they are ideal. I have only played a couple of games of DT so far, but am loving it.

I pre-ordered the Ryu on Jan 1st and it arrived in the UK on Jan 6th - unbelievable - am still waiting for delivery from a UK seller ordered the same day :(

Glad to hear they are responding to emails. I recently sent them an email complaining about a non-premium allied heavy assault walker I purchased from an online retailer where one of the forward .30 cal mg was broken and hastily super glued back together. Now one of the barrels is askew and there's that white super glue haze with a finger print in it on top of the walker. I'm assuming this was done at the factory level and shipped out in this condition. Unfortunately I did not use their online form as I wanted to include a photo. I'm not expecting a replacement but some sort of acknowledgement would be nice.
