Does We Take It All copy the limited response part of a locations effect? I would assume so, but, that has gotten me into trouble in the past.

Any Phase: Choose 1 location that would kneel to trigger its effect. Copy that ability (paying any additional costs),without kneeling the location.

Limited Response: After you win a challenge by 4 or more total STR,kneel Flaming-Pitch Tower to choose a character without attachments. Until the end of the phase,that character gets -4 STR and is killed if its STR is 0. (Limit 1 Limited Response per round.)

When you trigger an effect that copies another triggered effect, the limitations are as defined on the ability that is doing the copying, not the one that is copied. However, you can never copy a Limited Response: as an Any Phase: action, because when the timing structure of this game allow you to do it? You can only trigger actions in a Player Action window, but responses can only be triggered in response to another player/framework action (and you can't initiate a new action within another action window.) So, as in your example, you can only use Flaming Pitch tower in the challenge resolution framework action window, in which no Any Phase: or Challenges: actions can be played. Thus you can't use Ours for the Taking to copy any Response: actions, regardless of whether it is a Limited Response: or not.

Right, I knew that from trying to use this with Inn of the Kneeling Man! And there aren't any limited location actions that are not responses. Thanks!
