A disrupted unit may or may not establish LOS for a mortar unit??

By my understanding of the rules for Ballistic Fire (p. 39) and for Suppressive Attacks (p. 29), the answer is YES - IF the disrupted squad in question was not disrupted by op-fire (in which case the squad is fatigued, in which case that squad cannot call for fire).
