Alright this question may have come up a few times, But I really need to know What happens when a psyker on his focus power test rolls a 10?

I already get that on a 9 he suffers psychic phenomenon just the book doesn't make any mention of the 10, I mean does it act normally and not invoke psychic phenomenon or does it?

10's don't do anyhting for psykers.

9's are the number to watch out for.
