Knaussplatz (formerly known as Schmutsplatz from Winds of Change)

By sofia4_4, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

One of the players in my group took pity in the residents of Schmutzplatz and started to rebuild the place. It was named after the character and slowly the area is crawling back to its former glory. This is the first picture from the market square, showing the imperial griffon statue and the newly restored clock tower in the background.

I messed up when placing the pic. You have to right click on it and choose View Image to see the whole pic. :P

Very nice, sounds like good roleplayer in action - as well as nice job with the image.

I love to see that level of engagement in a setting, don't just catch and throw back the balls the GM tosses your way, set up shop and start churning out your own pitches.

Being a Bright Wizard, did he burn it to the ground as the first stage of his project?

You might expect that of a bright wizard, but no. He kept his rage for other more serving targets (don't want to do a spoiler). I made a fireball spell for him (based on the 2nd ed version) and he has not yet "misused" it. :)

Günther Knauss lived a miserable life as an orphan in the poor area in Ubersreik, until a wizard discovered the young boys fiery passion for study and magic. Remembering his tougher years in his youth, he started to assemble a sizable budget for making sure that at least a few hundred in Altdorf can have the same chance as he got. A opportunity to escape poverty.
