I've been playing 9 dot Chun-Li off of Air for a while now, and whilst being almost unstoppable and great to play, I felt I needed a deck that I could play for fun, somthing that;

1. other people would enjoy playing
2. wasn't top tier
3. was somthing no-one would be playing
4. I could use against newer players (lets be honest, facing off against Chun-Li at an early stage is never going to be fun for new players).

...I also wanted to build a deck that didn't kill with momentum, a single big attack or loops. This means lots of really small attacks, drawing cards and discarding cards from the card pool. I also wanted to have more than one deck built, so this was all made purely with cards I had to hand.

This deck is built off of Life, a much neglected symbol in these times. This deck would've been fronted by ...Alex... except Fei Long has the handsize, draw power and card pool clearing that this deck relies upon. All the attacks in the deck have 2 to 3 damage to make the most of his ability, and there;'some speed pump in the form of Heidern's Assassination Arts, Feelings of Friendship and Kung-Fu Training to help push through attacks. Forethought, Battle Prowess and Rejection should help keep me alive, I have Fei Long's Forward Kick, Hayate, Feet of Fury and Fei Long for draw power, and Action Hero, Questionable Motives and (again) Fei Long to clear the card pool. Ancient Battle Ground should help me cycle through my deck if I start to run dry on attacks, and I can use Chaos Flare into another attack if I know I can kill with it. The Gorgeous Team can recover my Feelings of Friendship if I need them, and Professional Soldier fuels Fei Long (and Questionable Motives if it needs it).

Just out of curiousity why ****Fei Long****, Alex

::Fei Long:: is the key card in this deck. He's my main source of draw power en masse, he benefits from pokes and he can clear his card pool (all of which are perfect for this deck).

this actually seems like a worth while deck idea if you wanted 2 pursue it at any point adding key cards like olcadans and lynettes shop might just make it a worthy deck it seems like alot of fun 2 play as well
