Hello!

As the title infers, my questions is.....

If Lady is knelt to participate in a Military Challenge does Sansa still get +2 Strength when she is Knelt to partipate in a Power Challenge following the Military?
To go along with that...when a character is knelt for use in a challenge, does that also kneel their ability?
AND
Do you have to kneel Winterfell Castle to gain the + Strength ability?

Can you tell I am new at this? Totally digging the game!

Pretty much kneeling has nothing to do with an ability unless it says something like "while standing....." Take a look at Melisandre from the Core Set. Her str boost is conditional on her standing, but the other examples you have aren't. So they still give their str boosts while kneeling.

Essentially, if the card or the rules don't say it, don't assume it.
