The Zanthu Tablet is a new artefact in Forbidden Alchemy which if you don't want to find out what it does stop reading now. Basically it allows the investigator to test their lore. If they pass they make the keeper discard either 2 threat or 2 random mythos cards. If they fail they take one horror. Now this doesn't seem too bad does it? Lore is usually quite low and people wouldn’t risk the horror surely? Now enter Harvey.

Harvey has a lore of 8 and 123842328 sanity. Now enter a friend of mine who decided to spend nearly every single one of his action goes playing this card post its discovery. The bugger basically prevented me from ever being able to effectively hold mythos cards or gather threat for the majority of the game. This was incredibly frustrating for me but hilarious for him.

So all in all the purpose of this thread is a warning to all keepers out there preparing for FA. You see Harvey about to get the Zanthu Tablet you break his legs...and his arms...and his will...and then set him on fire...ah yes fire, fire fixes everything.
