So with the letter and all the hustle and bustle surrounding the flaws in Forbidden alchemy: It was purchased for me as a christmas present.

Do I need to register my copy of the game or register that I have it to recieve the replacement pieces when they are released?

Do I need to do anything in order to make sure I'm able to play this very cool looking expansion once it has been "patched?'

Hey, dude, I'm not anyone official, but:

*I haven't registered my copy yet, either, but I can't imagine how registering it early would matter. Keeping the box and web-camming the serial number on your box would probably do the job, to prove that you have the original.

*"Don't play Lost in Time and Space" would seem to be the prevailing wisdom on the interwebs, for now. I played Return of the Re-Animator and had some trouble, but other people's mileage has varied.

*The new characters and powers work perfectly in older scenarios. So do the new combat card, mythos and trauma decks.

You should keep a good eye on the small "proof of purchase" token that comes with the game.
