Hi im very new to tannhauser and I was wondering if anybody could explain to me how the weapon "doom" works in the core set?

Doom may target any character with in Karl's Mental Range +1, to determine the range just count path circles (the color does not matter) to your target.

Doom rolls 4 dice like any other pistol, unless you use Karl's Command Pack then he get 5.

Aside from the ability to target any character with in 6 circles or so depending on Karl's health status, Doom is just a regular pistol.

I hope that helps, I'm not looking at the book right now, but that should cover it.

yeah thanks that helped a lot. when i first read it, I interpreted it as he can target anyone within his mental range +1. so i thought you could attack anyone on the entire field who had a mental stat of 7 (i think it was) or lower.
