which house do you enjoy playing as the most? I'm new so I've only played as Lannister but I do have expansion for Martell house. Judging from the books, I'm going to love the Martell house haha

Westeros is better off under the rule of a Targaryen (who is not insane).

Stark and Greyjoy for the straight up kill. And Stark for flavor.

The cultures of these Houses as Martin lays them out is extremely intriguing to me.

Started out wanting to play Greyjoy because I stumbled upon a tournament report from the Gencon 2009/2010 (I don't recall now) melee winner, and he bigged up Greyjoy something chronic and they sounded fun to play. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the cards so I started out playing Baratheon and loved them. When I later loaned a new player my deck to learn with (Bara are one of the easier houses to grasp the basics of) I moved onto playing Targaryen for a while. I could never make these guys regular winners, but I did enjoy the recursion theme. Following this I played Martell just to try out a deck concept, and played them for a few months... and now I finally have my Greyjoy cards, so I've been trying Greyjoy decks out :-)

I have no plans to play Stark or Lannister, as most of the cards I own have been farmed out to friends who like those houses.

Having played so many of the houses, it's really hard to choose a favourite. I can say that I dislike Martell a fair bit, as I've found some of their cards to be obnoxiously powerful... not down to anything with the background of House Martell in the books.

I'm pretty new to this game, but have so far found myself coming back time and again to Targaryen. I love the Dany chapters in the books, so maybe that's something to do with it, but have only otherwise played Baratheon (and found them a little less than inspiring). I quite fancied Stark at first, but the guy I play with is a big fan so I have no problem relinquishing them. I'm really keen to try the Martells out, but I have something of a mental block about playing with cards I've not come across in the books yet, and have only just finished part two of A Storm of Swords, where the Martells have just made a vague appearance. Soon, then, I may have a new favourite House...

I started playing CCG with Stark. Then I moved to Lanni Army and Targ jump. Now after long break I'm back in game and decided to play only with two houses. At the beginning I wanted to return to lanni and targ. Targ was obvious as they offer you almost everything: burn, jump, dragon and Dothraki, You can play control and rush. You can surprise opponent and directly kill characters through burn. The only thing I miss are Sellsword Company and 3 dragon versions from 5KE with jump supprt. I loved them so much. Still there is hope they will return some day to the game. I love as well influence and targ needs it a lot. Second choice for influence deck and control love is martell. Actually this house surprised me as next to standard build with hated ghaston grey, there is very strong combo build out of sand snakes, and icon removal control is coming.

i started in stark because it was the house my meta ddnt want to play. i stayed in after the boltons entered the card pool and gave stark more risk vs reward options. i haveflirted with various night watch builds and have a house dayne deck but pretty much stark stark stark for logistical reasons...

Stark primarilly. Especially the Tullys. Though theme-wise I enjoy the Kingsguard. I always gravitate towards the more honorable, knightly guys. Stark has most of my favorite characters. Robb, Edmure, Brynden, Brienne, Eddard. They also have a defensive focus which also appeals to me.

My number 2 fav is tied betweenTargaryen and Baratheon. They do have Barristan, Rhaegar, Denaerys and Jorah vs Loras, Brienne, Robert, Stannis and Renly. Though neither can tear me away from house Stark.
