The larger the deck, the worse for the Overlord since it would take longer to reach the end of the deck and receive his extra points (in the Campaign). My question is, how large does the Overlord Deck have to be? Adding in every expansion and the added Overlord cards, you have more and more cards in that deck - can you play with all the expansions but have a 'slimmed down' Overlord deck, or if you use the expansions are you forced to add all the cards into the deck to make it larger?
Overlord Deck Question
I can't find the thread at the moment, but there's actually a fairly long discussion on the subject.
The reader's digest version: You'll get through the deck 3-4 turns later than normal, but in regular descent you'll have a much higher %age of spawn cards. Also, a few of the new cards are a fair bit beefier than the ones in the original deck, so your average punch per card will be up a bit. All in all, I think it evens out, but there are a wide range of opinions on the subject ;-)
