the elected player draws 1 secret objectiv card.
when an ability affects 1 of his secret objective cards, he chooses which one it affects.
can somebody explain this card? which ability? i dont understand it .... maybe because im german and my english is not got enough.

Every player gets one SO at the start of the game. This card gives the elected player a second SO. Any game effects or abilites that do things to a player's SO card will probably be written with the assumption that the player only has one SO (which is the case 90% of the time), so this card is clarifying that the player who now has 2 SOs can choose which one is affected by such abilities.
