Greetings, I've recently purchased TI core game for my group. We were curious if there were a player created simplified rule set that demonstrates the

flow of gameplay and sort of simplifies the very intimidating rule set. We are coming from games like descent and dungeon quest, and we're looking to get into a more complex space game, and here we are with TI3 core.

yeah i've been looking around at boardgame geeks, but i also have found this http://www.preeminent.org/steve/games/ti3/ti3demo/ which is sort of what i'm looking for. how do you feel about this demo?

I've seen it,and it's pretty good, learned some new things myself, even though I had allready played 2-3 games.

EDIT: But I also recomend checking out BGG, I'm using from there player aids as: Tech tree for core game for every player, turn oder aid (nice graph, with what you have to do in a round, neccessary only for first timers), leaders reference sheet for every player.
