Multiple Agendas?

By BenStark, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

Ok, so I'm excited that the Defenders of the North is back out. But now I've got a question. There are several cards that say "you are considered to be running 1 additional agenda", and the Nights Watch Agendas and all. Is there a limit to how many agendas a player can field at one time? And do they all begin in play or do you draw the additional ones?

You START with your Agenda attached to your house card -- you may not "play" or "put into play" an Agenda.

You may only have ONE Agenda, UNLESS, a card tells you otherwise. Some Agendas specifically tell you that you may have more than one Agenda.

Thats what I thought. And the Nights watch agendas specify that you can run as many The North agendas with the Nights Watch trait as you like.

They have been errata'd to "You may run any number of The North agendas that have the words Night’s Watch in their text."

Well... there are cards that change into agendas announced in the next cycle (you still do not play them or put them into play as agendas).

("Put into play" is kind of a misnomer for an agenda anyway, considering they are not in play by definition.)
