Got a good reason to use the new Jaime Lannister (LotR)...
The day Lannister wins dominance against me is a cold day in hell!
I look forward to this "new" Lanni theme: Winning dominance to cause a kneel effect (among others I hope).
It looks like Dominance-winning effects are something they're really pushing as a Lanni niche. With some of the new cards--this new Joffrey and Edict of the Rock and the new Tywin, plus Daven, and maybe some more cards not yet revealed in the box--it's clear that Lanni will have a lot of things that go off when they win Dominance. I like it as a mechanic; Bara's really the only other house that does this, having Dominance auto-wins with the non-Shadows Iron Throne and Compelled by the King, and extra power from Mel, but I think Lanni could give it a real go at it. And it's arguably a very Nedly aspect to the House; they may not deserve to "win," but dammit if they just are not able to always turn everything around and improve their standing.

I totally am on board with this.
It makes me wonder though, will Lannister have its own Iron Throne location? Now that would be interesting. I'd think that it's possible to help fight off Baratheon's Iron Throne so Lannister at least has a chance to win dominance when they are both out!

Response: After you win dominance by 4 or more total STR, kneel to choose and kneel a character. That character does not stand during the next standing phase. Discard The Iron Throne from play (cannot be saved) if another player wins dominance by 4 or more total STR.
My favorite Lanni Iron Throne was from Winter block, which let you discard 3 cards from an opponent's deck after a card enters a dead pile. I used to run it out of house in my Greyjoy raid deck, along with the original Bastard of Bolton. Boy did people hate that deck.

I won a regional draft on that card alone I swear. It was silly in draft
