While I was playing a few games with a friend I began to try and think of new characters that we could possibly build for our next decks, after about 20mins of looking through box after box we couldn't really decide on who to make.. But once he left we had idea's, and mine was ****Alex****. I know he isn't the best water character but hopefully this will make him known as a good water character..

The main objective of the deck is to get enough control out and then use Boomerang Raid or High Plasma Beam to kill..

I'd take out all three cluster bombs and add one more High Plasma Beam, one more Soul of Ling-Sheng Su, and one more Shooting Capoera. I'd also take out both Time Squares and put in one more Olcadan's and one more Lynette's. If you don't put it into Lynette's, I'd put it into Tag along or Kung Fu Training.
