what exactly i mean: i have a char with dublicate, and i choose to kill that character for claim in military challenge, my opponent can play "borderland keep" and cancel my trigert effect?

B)if i win or lose a challenge, can i play any "after you win/lose" effect before claim? when has open action window's?

A) Yes you are correct. The claim and responses part of a challenge are still during the challenge.

Red Vengence is special because its a cancel. It cancels the claim and then reverses it. Cancels get to jump straight to the front of any current window that is happening.
